Greetings Edwards Auto Group customers,

My name is Robert Greder, and I am the Customer Care/ Owner Loyalty Manager for the Edwards Auto Group.

Bio:

Edwards Auto Group is a locally owned family run business I started working for on March 1st, 1999 as a very green new vehicle salesperson selling Oldsmobile, Cadillac, Subaru, and Hyundai. From the start, I have been focused on customer satisfaction, mastering each brand I sold so I could provide correct, clear vehicle information, while being upfront and honest with my clients. This led to a long career as a Senior product specialist for the brands I represented. I have had the true honor of serving many long-time repeat and referral customers over the years. In 2018 I was honored to accept a promotion to my current position.

I report directly to the Vice President and the Owners. They have given me as my primary mandate to work with all levels of management and staff throughout the Edwards Auto Group to establish and maintain policies and procedures in the following areas:
1. To will ensure we have happy and loyal customers.

2. Identify causes and solutions to issues interfering with this mandate. 3. Work with customers to resolve their concerns to our mutual benefit.
